I utilised your software program to upgrade my strong 4669x and just after booting I saw lock to the screen.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I later saw that the decoder was frozen although the lock wasn't there and all of the channels was vanished.The decoder is currently frozen.What need to I do?Strong items are distributed via a network
